How to Order
Step 1 - Start- Visit our online solution mall http://shop.nbtus.com where you can select from a wide variety of packages to meet your business needs. You can choose from one of our professionally designed template products or request a totally customized product designed specifically for your accommodation business. For help in finding the solution that is best for you, please consult with our sales and support staff.
Step 2 - Select a ProductSelect a product from our list of solutions:
- Gold Web Site ( Template based )
- Gold Package ( Template based + professional reservation engine )
- Platinum Web Site ( A fully customized design for a unique look to your business. )
- Platinum Package ( Platinum Web Site + professional reservation engine )
Click the “Add to cart” button on the product page once you have decided which solution you would like to purchase.
Step 3 - Select a TemplateFor our template-based products (our Gold product line), you can choose the design template that best suits your business from a selection of professionally designed templates we have available. Samples of each template are provided in our product page.
![]() Step 4 - CheckoutOnce have selected a product (and template, if applicable) you may proceed with your purchase by clicking the “Check out” button. Review the items in the summary list to ensure it contains the correct information, and then click “Next” to proceed with payment. If you are a returning customer, simply provide you e-mail address and password and continue, if you are a new customer please create an account and provide your contact and billing information.
![]() Step 5 - PaymentSelect to pay by check, wire transfer, PayPal, or credit card. If paying by check, the address and name of the payee will be provided once you confirm your order.
![]() Step 6 - InstallationWe will contact you by e-mail or telephone to discuss the procedure of installing your new software. Our delivery team will then begin integrating your new product seamlessly into your business. This process can take from 7 to 30 days to complete, depending on the product.
![]() Step 8 - Verification and DeliveryOnce the set up is complete, you will be able to test the application to ensure that everything is correct. After you have verified that it is working properly, the site will then be opened to the public.

![]() Step 10 - MaintenanceWe will provide maintenance service following the launch of the site in such cases as fault recovery and design maintenance. Details of the scope of the maintenance service are included in the project contract.
