Implementation Package
NBTUS Technology Inc, (“NBTUS”) makes every effort to deliver of the package that you choose from the NBTUS shopping mall on schedule.

Pricing Policy
The prices indicated on the shop.NBTUS.com site are those established for the purchaser. The applicable taxes are displayed on the review page when purchasing. NBTUS reserves the right to modify the prices of products available on its site at any time, without prior notice. All prices quoted on NBTUS’s site are in Canadian dollars.

Delivery Services and Charges
There will be NO delivery charges for NBTUS’s products because NBTUS will install the package into a web hosting company’s hosting account via FTP data transfer.

Payment Options
Credit cards and personal checks or business checks are acceptable forms of payment when buying online on NBTUS’s site. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Taxes
All taxes for products offered on the NBTUS site are calculated at the time of purchase. The amounts as well as the GST numbers are indicated at the bottom of the invoice.

Refund Policy
You are eligible for a full refund at any time prior to your package being delivered and installed at the hosting company.
Once the package has been delivered, you are eligible for a partial refund within 30 days of delivery of your package, deducting the following fees:

1. Domain registration and hosting fee – If the web hosting company refunds the hosting fee on a prorated basis, NBTUS will refund the unused portion of the hosting fee.
2. Software usage fee – 50% of the total price of the package you chose. (If the purchased software has been installed in the customer’s own web hosting account or a hosting company’s account set up by NBTUS on the behalf of the customer, the source code for the package has already been available to be viewed by the purchaser. Therefore a full refund is not applicable in this case.)

License Policy
Any and all of NBTUS’s software packages are referred to in this policy as a “Software Product”. The “Software Product” is protected by copyright laws of Canada and International copyright treaties, trademark laws, and other intellectual property laws and treaties. NBTUS retains the copyright to the “Software Product”. The “Software Product” is licensed, not sold which means:

1. Software installation and use - NBTUS grants you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use one copy of the “Software Product.”
2. Source code usage - This license prohibits selling, licensing, giving away, or otherwise distributing the contents of the “Software Product” in whole or in part, including the source code for any of the scripts. However, modifications of the source code by the licensee for internal use are permitted.
